THE COMPANY :
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- Garment manufacturing group
- Factories : Dongguan, Vietnam, Myanmar and the Philippines
- Main products : cotton knit mens underwear, T shirt and casual wear
- Main markets : USA and Europe
- We are looking for FACTORY MANAGER (Myanmar) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Post secondary education
- Studies in Textiles/Clothing/Production/Manufacturing is a plus (not a must)
- Over 10 years relevant working experience in knit garment manufacturing
- Experience in cotton knit underwear or casual wear is a plus
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes , production machinery and techniques.
- Great communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management competencies
- Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and possession of problem solving ability
- Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities.
- Report to the Director
- Fully manage Myanmar factory of 1800 workers
- Monitor the productivity, quality control and on time delivery
- Executing factory manufacturing strategic plan
- Oversee production operations, such as Industrial Engineering and Material control
- To insure safety and compliance with quality control standards and regulatory compliance
- Station Myanmar
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Accomodation and meals provided
- Round trip air ticket provided between Hong Kong & Myanmar
- Year 2019 Myanmar : 29 days public holidays
- Candidates with more solid experience will be considered for the post of Factory General Manager
