THE COMPANY :
- LED lighting manufacturer
- Headquarters : Hong Kong, 30 staff
- Factory : Guangdong China
- Main market : local and overseas
- Customers : retailers, department stores, hotels, restaurants, museum and galleries etc
- We are looking for FACTORY OPERATION MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the MD
- Fully responsible for managing China factory & HK office
- Responsible for the overall management of the China factory activities associated with production, including quality assurance, delivery, customer satisfaction and relations, safety and environment, manufacturing and process engineering, production scheduling, purchasing etc
- Planning and directing the activities of the factory to ensure the production of the highest quality products, be delivered on time to the customer in the most cost effective manner
- Improving, optimizing and sustaining the manufacturing flow within the organization throughout all stages from R&D, quality control, testing procedures until the actual manufacturing of products
- Make sure the product is meeting the level of quality demanded by the customer
- Monitor the production status and related KPIs to create action plans to drive operational excellence whenever necessary.
- Review and evaluate the operational sequences whilst providing recommendations and solutions to streamline the process and maximize the productivity.
- Degree holder in Engineering / Production / Manufacturing / PIE or related
- Over 10 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing industry
- Solid experience in LED lighting manufacturing
- Familiar with ERP system and ISO
- Strong leadership and management skill
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Work based in China factory with frequent trips to Hong Kong for meetings
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Accommodation & meals provided
