Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Subsidiary of HK listed company
- Handbag manufacturer
- Dongguan factory : 6000 workers
- Myanmar factory : 8000 workers
- Bangkok factory : 1000 workers
- Main markets : Europe & USA of international handbag and fashion brands
- We are looking for PRODUCTION MANAGER (Myanmar) - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Tertiary education is preferable
- Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Solid in production management/merchandising management in handbag for US or European markets
- Experience in international fashion/handbag brands of middle/middle to high end price brands is a plus
- Experience in sizable handbag manufacturers is highly prefer
- Experience in offshore factories is a plus
- Good knowledge in manufacturing techniques and process of handbags
- A strong sense of leadership and excellent interpersonal relationship
- Good supervisory & delegation skill.
- Report to the Factory Director
- JOB SUMMARY : manage daily production of the Myanmar factory
- Ensure smooth daily production operation to meet product requirement and shipment deadline
- Lead, coach and train Production team members
- Station Myanmar (20 mins from airport)
- Occasional trips back to Hong Kong for meetings
- Accommodation and meals provided
- Public holiday in Myanmar in 2019 = 29 days
