THE COMPANY :

- R&D, manufacturing and solution provider
- Building automation system and solution carrying own brand name
- Software and controls for building automation e.g. intelligent building automation & control, building energy management system, air-flow control system etc
- We are looking for FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- JOB SUMMARY : lead Field Service team for daily operations; as well as enhancing relationship with key customers to drive business growth of the Field Service sector
- Assist / participate in company growth initiatives / projects
- Seek business opportunities through promoting Company solutions and third party maintenance solutions to the customers, to pursue maintenance orders and retrofit jobs
- Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients and provide solutions
- Lead a team and manage subcontractors for the maintenance / projects, T&C works
- Supervise and monitor site works / progress
- Schedule and plan resources at site level, e.g., manpower, materials delivery, tools
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors on the equipment prices / modification works quotation and co-ordinate with sourcing department for orders placement
- Degree/ Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Electrical / Building Service Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years project / maintenance service experience in construction / building service / HVAC
- Experience in Air-conditioning and Dry Fire Service sector and familiar with FSD regulation are preferred
- Proven track record with min 6 years experience on managing and supervising the job site activities of a medium size team in the related field
- Proven track record with min 6 years experience on project management of related industry
- Strong knowledge with hand-on experience on system design is highly prefer
- Good knowledge with hands-on experience on building control systems/products or similar in the industry
- Good knowledge on computer systems, such as, Microsoft Office Professional, Software Programming, Computer System Networking, etc
- Good knowledge on government regulations on building controls
- Good negotiation and co-ordination skills with customers and sub-contractors
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Good communication in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- 5 days work
- More solid experience will be considered as Field Service Asst Manager
