- Main item : garment & toys
- Headquarters : Hong Kong 50 staff
- Factories : 2 X Dongguan + 2 X Vietnam + 1 X Cambodia
- Main market : US, European and Canadian market
- We are looking for FINANCE MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Finance Asst General Manager
- Assist to manage Accounting teams in Hong Kong and the PRC
- Review management report for different business units and provide necessary financial performance analysis
- Responsible for group financial reporting duties, prepare monthly, interim, and annual performance report and consolidation report, in compliance with relevant regulatory
- Prepare supporting materials for the Financial and internal Audit
- Handle the budget and forecast budget, ensure budgetary controls on group companies are in place
- Provide feedback on business strategies and assessment of finance risks
- Involve in the development and enhancements of group finance and internal control policies, ensure proper procedures are established
- Enhance the costing and stock valuation method
- Assist to streamline processes, participate in ERP implementation and improve efficiency of the finance functions
- Oversee tax planning and project finance
- Coaching local staff the professional skill
- Degree Holder in Accounting
- Solid experience in manufacturers
- Experience gained in garment or toys industry is a plus
- Preferably have audit and ERP experience
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge in Flex accounting system is preferable
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Based in HK office; some trips to Dongguan; occasional trip to Vietnam & Cambodia
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
- Annual leave : 11 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
