Insurance Technology Consulting – Manager

Accenture Insurance Technology Consulting professionals provides consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions to accommodate unique insurance industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs. We understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions via the analysis, design and/or development of best practice business changes.  

We are looking for candidates with strong data analytics skills and insurance background. In this role, you will be:

• Advising our insurance clients to help them develop high performance solutions to advance their industry position
• Interacting with senior management stakeholders at client and/or within Accenture to influence and negotiate technology solutions and delivery plans to maximize results
• Managing multi-disciplinary teams to plan and implement large-scale system integration programs
• Supervise the development of advanced analytics models to support functional and industry applications. For e.g. customer segmentation, customer acquisition, product cross-selling and customer retention, etc.
• Planning and managing the end to end Machine Learning execution from data exploration, use case and Machine Learning models development.
• Performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients.
• Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary.  

- Basic qualifications

• At least 5 years of data analytics experience

• Bachelor degree or above from top-tier university; Major in quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Math, Econometrics etc. are an advantage

• Experiences in machine learning is a must

• Exposure in Insurance industry is preferred

• Master data mining tools, such as SAS, SPSS, R etc.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
