As a Facilities Technology Development Program Manager, you will interface with Dalian Technology Development (DTD) organization and other modules to provide and enable safe and reliable facilities process development and transfer thus ensuring the timely delivery of facilities systems to meet product, ops ready, or factory certification needs. During the path finding and development stage, you are required to engage & collaborate with other CS disciplines, Design Managers, Facilities Managers, TD EHS Engineers and Facilities Engineers to manage some new or first of kind facilities system/equipment development and design. You are required to partner with CS TD EHS team to proactively comprehend and address any environmental challenges related to the new technology node introduction. Scope also includes partnering with DTD organization to explore opportunity to drive facilities equipment, process & waste systems optimization programs including energy conservation initiative so that we are able to transfer a reliable and cost effective facility process technology.

With respect to Test & Commissioning (T&C) Program, you will be responsible for developing a sustainable and effective T&C program for the site that supports all aspects of facilities startup, testing & commissioning, including integration of newly installed equipment from project initiation until handover to operations and Fab team. Scope also includes setting up standardization indicators tracking and systemization including validating performance and spec compliance by designated procedures and practices through partnership with CS Operations, Engineering and Construction teams through the use of data management and analytical methodologies. You are also responsible for enabling the success of the commissioning program through consistent application of standard processes and procedures, use of standardized metrics and reports and working with the Engineering, Ops, and Construction teams to ensure correct prioritization and allocation of resources. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, communicating, and addressing risks relating to commissioning scope, schedule and budget. The candidate will also own and oversee the overall warranty management program of newly installed equipment and facilities systems in partnering with CS Engineering, Operations and Construction teams.

Other strategic programs may include leading and driving CS facilities internal & external benchmarking activities and leveraging them to improve overall CS facilities operational performance. You may co-chair relevant sustaining facility change control boards and/or engage in design review technical forum.
 


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Master of Science degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or other equivalent engineering degree or equivalent engineering Bachelor's degree with related experience - 10 or more years of semiconductor and/or facilities engineering, design and construction experiences - Leadership skills and/or program management experience - Knowledgeable in facilities, engineering, operations, technology development, and process technology transfer - Ability and willingness to learn/grow into technical areas beyond current education and area of expertise/experience - Proven track record as a facilities technology leader - Experience in supplier management - Demonstrated ability to drive strategic recommendations for business unit senior management team - Able to initiate and drive site wide decisions and program implementation - Knowledge of micro schedule for pre-facilitation, understanding of sequence of testing and commissioning activities - Build strategic partnership with CS operations, engineering and construction team as well as internal business units to enable business growth - Develop and energize team through his and/or her leadership - Strong communication and presentation skills - Strong safety commitment and a demonstrated safety role model.
