Station Vietnam, plan, organize and control production in sportswear factory.

 Duties: 

• production schedule planning, implement and control 
• manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• set and monitor product quality standards
• analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• determine and implement improvements to the production process
• estimate production costs and set production budgets
• ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management

Requirement: 

• At least 10 years of solid woven garment manufacturing experience in sizable factory with minimum 5 years’ of managerial experience      
• Knowledge in production operation & quality assurance, such as Lean, Six Sigma. 
• Computer knowledge, such as Excel, Email, ERP system. 
• Able to calculate and articulate capacity of production line 
• Able to lead and motivate staff with strong desire to train and develop subordinates' full potential. 
• Good technical know how of sportswear (e.g. functional jackets)
• Chinese speaking, and good command of written and spoken English  
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
