Factory Supply Finance Manager 

The primary role is to Co-Pilot the Oud Beijerland Factory Site Management Team (SMT) in all key financial decisions. The jobholder is responsible for planning, directing, supporting, and monitoring all activities related to Supply Finance. Responsibilities include defining and ensuring the delivery of the financial objectives as well as realising and judging risks and opportunities. The role is member & co-pilot of the Site Management Team (SMT).

Key Responsibilities

• Co-Pilot site management team deliver financial shape by technology / site
• Serve as the Finance Co-pilot to the Plant Manager and the SMT
  • providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions
  • support strategy definition and implementation
  • developing and evaluating longer term strategies
  • forecasts and investment plans.
• Manage the processes of the Factory financial shaping and financial forecasting (including Capex), analysis, and providing insightful reports. Point out risks and opportunities and gives advices.
• Ongoing analysis of trends (periodic and vs previous year(s) of shape development and make recommendations to drive value creation and the simplicity agenda
• Identifying business issues, opportunities, and making recommendations for future actions.
• Periodic review operational performance in OTR (SOP+ Feeder Meeting)
• Prepare and present site financials to senior management in MOS reviews
• Responsible to create a cost-saving pipeline with a 3 years outlook
• Support regional projects with European Supply Finance Team
• Forecast Factory Earnings within S&OP+ process
• Support market understanding of cost/factory earnings evolution as needed
• Ensure governance rules are applied
  • Develop and support internal control implementation
  • Business crisis management (BCM) site coordinator

What are we looking for?

• University / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Years of experience in finance required: minimal 3-5 years
• Good knowledge of Finance
• Good understanding of Supply or Manufacturing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Ideally SAP and Helios experience
• Fluency in English is essential
