Shanghai International High school is hiring:
Fashion & design teacher
Onboard: August
( at least 2 years or above of fashion and design teaching experience)
Salary: According to the market. And will have a raise each year, it’s around 1000rmb.
Housing allowance: 6500rmb to 7500rmb/month
Airfare allowance: 10k
Personal Development: 5000rmb/year (teachers can use this to take additional classes /courses. For the first contract it is 5K , from the second contract it would be 10K/year)
Year end bonus: 9%~15% of total payment per year, and this money would be paid in the end of the contract.
Contract duration: It’s a 2 year-contract
Medical insurance: High level paid, school pay over 20k/year for insurance for each teacher
Sick leave: 12 days with paid
Personal leave: 2 days with pay
Working days: 203 days/year
