Advantest is looking for a professional, outgoing and confident individual to provide administrative support to the Field Service management team and their direct reports. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and the ambition to grow.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide general support for the Field Service management team to include administrative tasks, assignments and projects
  • Facilitate the receipt and shipment of support hardware to customers and field support engineers as requested
  • Creation and management of organizational purchase orders and invoices to and from suppliers
  • Collate and compile relevant data for organizational charts, projects and integrated reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Coordinates and schedules conference rooms with meal planning, as needed
  • Ordering and distribution of internal and external calibration labels
  • Management of organizational calibration kits and Outlook availability calendars
  • Coordination of FedEx online accounts and the billable stamp program, to include ordering and distribution, for both customers and field support engineers
  • Facilitates the field service workstation program for parts supply and replacement
  • Oversees and manages the organizational vehicle maintenance and mileage records
