This field based position is a technical pre-sales/relationship role supporting Lenovo's Smart Office Commercial & Channel sales teams. You will be a technical solutions adviser as customers look to Lenovo to provide video collaboration & unified communication solutions to address their business needs. You will be integral to the sales teams for opportunity identification, solution planning/design, and all technical elements of the sales cycle. You are Lenovo's technical arbiter with the customer, partner, and with our internal teams. This team is the tip of the spear for Lenovo as we introduce our customers and prospects to innovative solutions around our Smart Collaboration solutions. This role requires a strong blend of both technically savvy and sales acumen. You will leverage your knowledge of the customer, the opportunity, and the assets Lenovo can bring to bear to deliver a best-in-class solution while gaining buy-in from key stakeholders as the opportunity progresses. #### Position Requirements: -7+ years industry experience -UC/AV/VC experience -In depth knowledge of UC platforms like MS Teams & Zoom -Strong understanding of the video collaboration marketplace & how to structure holistic collaboration solutions to meet customer requirements -Technical acumen to analyze, architect, and propose conference room technology from Lenovo and go-to-market partners in VC space. -Territory management experience -Opportunity identification by presenting technical solutions to business problems. -LOB expansion -Understand and articulate best practices (Lenovo and the industry as a whole) around collaboration technologies. -Understand emerging technologies and products and Lenovo's strategies to address them. -Set and manage expectations around solutions, internally and externally. -Collaborate with customers, sales team and extended Lenovo teams. -Gather feedback from customers on current products and relay that to the Lenovo Business Units for improvement of future generations of product. \- Ability to travel 50%.
