The Field Service Marketing team is part of the global Field Service Business Unit and our passion is to develop profitable Service offerings and business with support of Advantest Products, like semiconductor test and handling Systems. Field Service Marketing cooperates with global Product Generation Teams on defining the Support and Service offers for future Advantest products while applying newest research methods and technologies. Field Service Marketing supports and cooperates with our Business Development and Customer Account teams in negotiations providing market and competitor information and expertise on selling Services as a value.

The team is in the process to reengineer existing and define new Support offering and strategies:

1. Changing and establishing product structure, business processes and infrastructure to fit customer needs and move customers to Support Agreements.
2. Develop additional Value Services around Production Solution and Factory Integration
3. Innovating the way we deliver Service to the customer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Field Service Product Marketing:

• Responsible for Projects related to 93K Field Service Marketing
• Manage Support Lifecycle of 93K HW options and subsystems
• Analyze current Market Situation and environment
• Define Services for 93K subsystems
• Define Spare parts pricing and strategy
• Cooperate with HW product generation team so that HW products have a complete set of Support and Service offerings to enable market success of a solution and to maximize Service and Support revenues and profit
• Develop new Service products to add value to a Support Agreement
• Ensure critical success factors and key processes are identified and managed
• Develop promotion plans and material

Field Service Business Development:

• Training and support of Business Development and Account teams
• Introduction of new Services and Products to our customers
