Experience/Knowledge

• Experience working with motion controllers, motors, drives, etc.

• Extensive experience with troubleshooting of issues with applications, device states, user hardware, data logging services etc.

• Experience working with networking concepts like Serial, TCP/IP, analog communications, ethercat, profinet, devicenet etc.

• Experience working with PLC based safety logic circuits in Beckhoff and Siemens

• Solid knowledge of electrical standards - UL, CE, IEC, or SEMI

• Strong knowledge of 3-phase, split-phase, and single-phase, low- and high-voltage power systems.

• Supervise all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment and machinery. Responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software.

• Participate on cross functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design and quality problems, and ensure the continuous, ongoing improvement of processes and methods.
