A new legal entity is being formed to accommodate business requirements. Candidate selected for this role would be responsible for setting up the entity & making it operational (includes SAP set up etc.,) and also responsible for compliances in relation to this entity. Job requires thorough knowledge of accounting & working knowledge on tax/corporate law matters. Dealing with ambiguity & working with multiple business enabling functions are an integral part of the job. Qualifications

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant. Experience: 2-4 years of post articleship experience Soft skills: Good written & verbal communication; ability to work with multiple stakeholders; someone who is energized by ambiguity & challenges Others: Solid articleship experience & exposure to working in large organizations is a plus
