Month end closing and reports

•       Oversee the revenue cycle with agency finance teams and SSC teams and ensure all numbers are compliant and audit proof;

•       Review billing report and MOCO unbilled report from SSC teams;

•       Review balance sheet aging reports related to revenue part from SSC teams;

•       Prepare finance performance reports related to revenue part and provide business insights in relation to client revenue.

Budgeting and Forecast

•       Communicate with agency commercial teams for preparation of revenue forecast on a quarterly basis to ensure it is delivering in track of annual budget;

•       Upload the data in HFM system for budgeting and forecast and ensure all numbers are accurate;

•       Perform quarterly analysis on Client Profit Ratio, and review with agency commercial teams.

Audits and Internal Control

•       Perform finance monitoring control review on monthly basis to ensure compliance with Janus

•       Handle different audits, (External year end audit, internal audit, system audit, etc.), follow up with the audit recommendation in timely manner

Other ad-hoc task

•       Prepare any PPT, financial data analysis or documents requested for management meeting, client meetings etc.

•       Solid knowledge in accounting, audit, strong in analytical skills

•       3+ years working experience in multi-national group company

•       Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environments and under intensive pressure

•       Fluent English in both verbal and written

•       Excellent at excel, ppt

•       Team player, Self-motivated, command good communication skills
