Principal Accountabilities

• Take responsible to develop and timely update the controlling procedure and tools for capital investment projects (especially for DELTA projects) in China in close cooperation with global team.

• Lead/coordinate planning and controlling activities for capital investment projects in Greater China.

• Standardize the project reports for capital investment projects.

• Help to set up the change management and risk management for the capital investment projects in accordance with Pulcra's global procedures, and implementation in the project execution.

• Together with cost engineering team and project teams to set up project cost structure and agree on controlling targets for the projects.

• Timely collect feedback/data from project teams to verify original cost estimation results and feedback to cost engineering team, collect good experience and lesson learned to share within Planning & cost controlling community for further improvement.

• Consolidate database of global project KPIs and Engineering Partner's benchmarks, and look for areas for further improvement.

• Provide assistance to the controlling team in global, such as cost controlling tools.

• Actively involvement in cooperation/alignment of planning and controlling community, openly share experience and inputs to help improvement of planning and controlling globally.

• Work with Cost Centre Managers and Production Management to drive business results to meet targeted objectives.

• Ensure consistent standard costs methodologies (material, labour, overhead) are accurately calculated and loaded and are updated annually.

• Build and foster a solid business partnership with the SBU heads in order to understand business requirements and maximize effective decision support .

• Work closely with sales teams and organize clear and efficient follow-up of all sales activities.

• Coordinate the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility.

• Pro-actively address all items that impact the achievement of budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• 6-8 years working experience.
• Profound experience and methods expertise in project controlling.(e.g. determining and evaluating cost potentials)
• Extensive knowledge of relevant product and process technology and its commercial influencing factors.
• A good team-player and willing to continues improvement.
