Responsibilities:

• Assist leadership teams in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

• Support development of financial and tax strategies

• Manage the capital request and budgeting processe

• Ensure accuracy of the financial results of the company

• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and resource. Interact with external auditors for successful audit of the company

• Manage the accounting, tax, treasury for global operations and legal, IT for HQ

• Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations for Asia Pacific and South America

• Manage any third parties to which financial functions have been outsourced

• Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

• Implement operational best practices

• Supervise acquisition due diligence of acquisitions

• Oversee the issuance of financial information

• Review and approve all filings with the governmental agencies and statutory compliance

• Report financial results to the board of directors

• Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

• Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry

• Construct and monitor reliable control systems

• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

• Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors

• Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

• Invest funds

• Maintain banking relationships

• Represent the company with investment bankers and investor

Qualification:

1.Bachelor’s degree required

2.MBA in Finance and the equivalent of Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.

3.Medical products; work experience in a multinational company and experience living in 2 or more geographic regions; public company; corporate planning; controller in a significant division or company; field experience as a finance director of a business unit; exposure to treasury;

4.Learning agile; temperament and influencing skills to partner with senior executives across cultures and geographies; experience living in China; Chinese language
