FITCH is looking for a Finance Manager who will oversee all financial operations and accounting of the company.

 

Key responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the Finance department including financial accounting & controlling, financial planning & analysis and business advisory functions
• Support business expansion by conducting financial modeling and providing financial advice on business development plans
• Analyze and review business profitability, recommend early mitigation actions to Managing Director
• Responsible to drive change processes of the company - accounting policies and procedures, SOX, financial reporting, cash flow, forecast and budget.
• Ensure the practice is compliance the regulatory requirements and group’s policies and can advise to improve the operation efficiency continuously.
• Work closely with Managing Director and contribute strategic planning for the business.
• Work closely with WPP SSC and finance in other Opcos.

 

Other job responsibilities

Management of finance performance  

• Lead weekly revenue forecast discussion and can submit to global on time. 
• Work with Managing Director and CFO to complete forecast and budget on time.
• Work with WPP SSC ensure actual closing can be completed on time, numbers are correct.
• Can initiate idea to improve the office operation efficiency continuously.

 

Commercial management 

• Track AR/UBR closely and work with business team to minimize the overdue UBR and AR.
• Help to prepare utilization and realization report and provide analysis if needed
• Support to contract review and negotiation, especially the payment term.

 

SOX management 

• Keep fluent communication with business team ensure the daily operation comply with WPP policies and Government regulations.
• Review and approve payment documents

 

Requirement

• Degree qualified in finance/accounting or similar discipline.
• Qualified Accountant
• Minimum of 10+ years in Accounting and Finance position with extremely strong leadership and management
• MNC, marketing industry and SOX background
• Strong communication and analytical skills, leadership and management
• Excellent communication skills English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available will be preferred
