Job Description

Job Objective
• Lead FC China & global programs successful roll-out
• Support to define FG digital roadmap & the digital programs rollout
• Effective overall and program-based communication at FG & FC global
• Co-lead FC China strategy event & workshop

Task Description
- End-to-end design, develop, and implement the most-fit FC programs in China; eg., FC training program, talent development program, and other culture-related programs
- Follow FC Target Picture, to lead/active contribute to global FC programs successful rollout
- Support to define FG digital strategy and support digital programs rollout
- Lead & window person for FG’s communication on global FC platform: work out annual communication plan and ensure news published timely with good quality via proper channels; in addition, propose & implement effective program-based communication
- Co-organize with DGRC CFO office on FC management workshop, FC China Townhall and etc.
- Platforms regular maintenance & updates
