- Preparing financial statements and analyzing KPIs for statutory reporting purpose, on monthly, quarterly and yearly bases.
- Managing PRCGAAP adjustments booking and USGAAP vs PRC GAAP difference analysis.
- Monitoring intercompany transaction and reporting.
- Leading statutory annual audit, supporting internal and external audits.
- Supporting local tax team to complete VAT and CIT filing.
- Providing inputs and supports to cross-function/country teams, such as other finance functions and business teams, etc.
- Optimizing financial analysis modeling systems and improving finance operation process efficiently.
- Managing overseas intercompany settlements under PRC Foreign Exchange Control.
- Updating Foreign Exchange Control regulations and practices timely.
- Leading finance related projects and coordinating with other functions.
- Other ad hoc tasks from manager or business team.
