We are looking for a Financial Analyst joining our International Cost Accounting Team. This position will be responsible for the cost of sales of our SOC 93K Business Unit, including month end close activities and reporting of financial metrics to the finance and operations management.
GCMC is a finance organization and close business partner to the Advantest Supply Chain Organization.
The main responsibilities of this position are:
- 93K cost of sales:
- Financial analysis with focus on cost of sales and inventories
- Cost of sales planning & budgeting in context of consistent Business Unit controlling and reporting
- Financial consulting and support of 93K Operations and Manufacturing organization
- Improve reporting processes efficiency, transparency, and provide insights to support Management decision making
- Oversee the cost of sales related month-end / quarter-end process in accordance with accounting policies (IFRS)
- Reconcile inventory transactions and ensure process compliance
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the cost of sales
- Cost Accounting -- month end closing activities
- Audit -- Responsible for group, statutory, and internal audit requests
- Projects -- Support projects on an as needed basis

- Verbesserung der Effizienz und Transparenz der Berichtsprozesse und Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung des Managements
- Durchführung der Monats- / Quartalsabschlussprozesse gemäß den Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen (IFRS)
- Abstimmung von Inventurtransaktionen und Sicherstellung der Prozesseinhaltung
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen, Ausarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Treiben der Implementierung
- Kostenrechnung: Abschlussaktivitäten zum Monatsende
- Audit: Verantwortung für Konzernaudit nach IFRS, Unterstützung der Abschlussprüfung der Tochterunternehmen, Anfragen der Internen Revision
- Projekte: Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekten
