Responsibilities:

• Report to the Corporate CFO in devising and administering the group financial and accounting policies and procedures
• Work closely with the affiliate companies in support of the operations and management of the F&A function   
• Act as a chief coordinator handling a full range of company secretarial and compliance duties
• Assist in M&A and debt financing raising activities
• Lead and guide hybrid finance teams to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day work
• Liaise with external professionals to fulfil the listing rules and guides
• Facilitate all processes by providing sufficient and professional support and assistance to the Corporate CFO
• Involve in every aspect of financial projects, interim/annual reports, investor relationship management, board meeting, shareholder meeting
• Lead and manage any ad-hoc tasks
• Candidate with less experience will be considered the post of Senior Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with the membership in ACCA/CPA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managerial level
• Previous experience gained in manufacturing environment and listed company is a must
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting, taxation and operation experience
• Excellent interpersonal, analysing and coordination & organizational skills
• Extremely self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Putonghua and English
• Frequent travel is a prerequisite
