Job Description

  • Deliver efficient and quality service to customers via online chat room 
  • Act as major contact point with customers support functions to ensure smooth account operations
  • Respond to enquiries on account or operational matters
  • Liaise with internal departments and provide instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance tasks

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above
  • Half year of customer services experience in related field is preferred 
  • Diligent, Able to multi-task, Teamwork
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Passion for Continuous Learning, able to work under pressure
  • Innovative Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Candidates with basic IT knowledge (e.g. Excel) is preferred
