YOUR OPPORTUNITY

FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR TRAINEE PROGRAMME

We are looking for fresh (recent) graduates who are devoted in providing upscale food & beverage services in the hotel. By rotating between 3 prominent restaurants at The Langham within 18 months, F&B Supervisor Trainees will be given unique opportunities to be equipped with foundational management skills in food & beverage operations and eventually be a restaurant supervisor .

During the programme, F&B Supervisor Trainees will receive structured supervisory development training, on-the-job F&B product knowledge enrichment, service technique enhancement & management projects with full-time employee’s compensations & benefits package. They will be coached & mentored by senior leaders about learning & career development in regular meetings.

Upon completion of the 18-month programme, the Supervisor Trainees will be able to take up supervisory positions in one of the training restaurants to further individual career development with regular performance evaluations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Fresh (recent) graduates who have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or Catering Management
• Upscale F&B service experience is an advantage & F&B-related internship will also be considered
• Strong passion in providing sincere service & be devoted in F&B Operations
• Taking initiative, independent & confident
• Good communications and interpersonal skills are a must
• Well spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin proficiency is essential.
