1、Bachelor degree in Architecture or Urban Space Planning；
2、Design creative ability is outstanding, and more than 3 years' design experience；
3、 Good at communication and expression is　familiar with China's national conditions, teamwork spirit；
4、Will a little Chinese, has to do in China after project is preferred。
