Job Description
1.Will be employed in Beijing high-end property service company, engaged in high-end hotel apartment customer service work;
2.Working place and region: the main working place is the US federal apartment on the first east third ring road.
3.Working hours: 5 days per week, Tuesdays to Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays off; Daily working hours: 10:00am - 6:30 PM;
4.Specific work content:
As the foreign customer service manager of the company,
I suggested to patrol the lobby of the US federal apartment. Reception of owners and guests; Reply to relevant inquiries; Handle complaints;
Organize and participate in community activities;

Propose service enhancement options;

Temporary participation in customer service of other projects of the company;

Other work arranged by the company during working hours;



Post requirements:
1.women,25-40,Europe or America,
2.Proficient in Chinese and English, no barriers to communicate with Chinese and foreign guests;
3.Experience in hotel or other service industry is preferred;
4. Good communication and collaboration skills, cheerful personality;
5.Meet the requirements for foreigners working in China;
6.Be in good health and meet the physical examination requirements of the service industry;
