Our Engineer Team is growing and we want you to be part of it! We are now looking for front-end software engineers to join the host team to build a comprehensive and competitive supply platform in China market. We are aiming to bring great experience to hosts, leading to more high quality inventory, and creating better travel experience for guests.

Requirements:

• Commanding grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling. Experience with React and webpack is a plus.
• Demonstrated web performance profiling, troubleshooting and optimization experience. Familiar with web performance best practices.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals.
• Strong motivation to drive impact by making product or infrastructure improvements.
• Proactiveness, good communication and fast learning.
• Interest in working in a very cross-functional team that touches many of the core systems and user flows at Airbnb.

工作内容：

1. 房东业务主要为房东和供应商进行服务，涉及房东信息、房源供给、房价房态管理、房源促销等业务。主要负责房东端相关产品的研发和架构工作；
2. 负责服务的搭建、设计和开发，编写设计文档、开发文档
3. 负责服务安全可靠、高质量和高性能
4. 维护和迭代现有相关产品服务，迅速定位并解决问题。

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上前端开发经验
2. 具有丰富Web端研发经验，主导过中大型项目
3. 熟悉使用Webpack、TypeScript，精通React（Hooks）、Redux，具有GraphQL、Jest使用经验的优先
