Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily office administrative, office supplies and equipment maintenance duties
- Greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
- Performing general office and reception counter duties
- Provide general receptionist duties include handling incoming calls and mails, greeting guests in a professional manner.
- Assist in setting up conference room for meetings or other business-related functions
- Ad-hoc matters assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
- Well organizational and multitasking skills
- 2 years and above working experience is preferred; preferably in administrative field
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS office, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Presentable, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, conscientious, well-organized and flexible
Working Location: Central.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9:00am-6:30pm.
