Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily office administrative, office supplies and equipment maintenance duties
  • Greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Performing general office and reception counter duties
  • Provide general receptionist duties include handling incoming calls and mails, greeting guests in a professional manner.
  • Assist in setting up conference room for meetings or other business-related functions
  • Ad-hoc matters assigned by the Supervisor


Requirements

  • Well organizational and multitasking skills
  • 2 years and above working experience is preferred; preferably in administrative field
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS office, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Presentable, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, conscientious, well-organized and flexible

Working Location: Central.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9:00am-6:30pm.
