Job Description
Location: Beijing Haidian Huangzhuang/ Taiyanggong/ Shuangjing
Main company’s location: Taiyanggong (Interview will be at here)
Need to work on weekends, can take two days off during weekdays
Working hours: Weekday 1-8pm, weekends 9am-6pm
Students’ ages: 6-10
Class Size: one on one
Job Description:
1.Handle all aspects of library reading program, including Students' initial assessments; guiding students through the library "flow" – Book selecting, independent reading, online testing, after reading interviewing, and book reports guiding and scoring.
2.Conduct library classes to guide young students to follow the library “flow” (Early Reader)
3.Monitor the library "flow" and motivate students to achieve their goals
4.Cooperate with Chinese staff to provide library student academic assessments
5.Possible participating in online reading content development (most likely voice recording)
6.Participating all marketing activities, as well as library Demo classes
Benefit Package
1.18K – 25K RMB (after tax) monthly, based on experience
2. Sponsored legal work visa
3. Social insurance (includes health insurance)
4. Training provided
5. 7 paid leave days plus 11 national holidays every year
6. 6,000 RMB annual flight allowance after fulfilling one year’s contract

Job requirements:
1.Native English speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand (To meet China work visa regulations)
2. Bachelor’s Degree or above (To meet China work visa regulations)
3. TEFL,TESOL or CELTA certificate holder
4. Enjoy being with kids & teens and passionate about education industry
5. Plan to live in China for at least 1 year
