Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • German trading company focus in consumer lighting products
  • We specialized in product development, sourcing, quality assurance and export trading consumer lighting products mainly for German and European market
  • Key customers : major DIY groups, furniture store chains, C C markets, food chains, OEM clients, mail order companies, specialized electronics retailers and industrial clients
  • We are looking for GERMAN SPEAKING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Identify new products / trends for the consumer lighting mass-market.
  • Source & build-up new lighting product ranges.
  • Have direct contact to factories in China, incl. trips to China
  • Maintain good relationships with present customers assigned and increase business.
  • Build-up new customer accounts and establish long-term business relationships.
  • Build-up strong knowledge in our product portfolio and help to develop new ideas / products.
  • Work closely with all internal departments to reach your targets.
  • Excellent English and German is a must.
  • Degree holder preferably with major in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
  • Affinity to consumer products.
  • 0-2 years working experience preferably in trading/manufacturing related
  • Experience or interest in lighting products, home electrical appliances or consumer electronic products is a plus
  • Outgoing, strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially good and solid excel skills a MUST).
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days
