Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist production team seeking to create a mobile game that is appealing to American female casual gamers.
2. Act as consultant by informing team as to various aspects related to game’s theme, including overall game design, as well as the design of specific characters and scenes.
3. Assist in building the team’s understanding of the target market by conducting research on the relevant customer segments and presenting insights such that development can proceed successfully.
4. Naturally possess a keen understanding of the target market (female casual gamers in America) and be able to provide helpful input based on a broad cultural knowledge base.

Job Requirements:

1. American citizens with deep understanding of American culture are preferred.
2. Must be able to showcase an impressive knowledge base with regard to the forms of popular culture enjoyed by American women.
3. Should enjoy and be familiar with various film and TV genres enjoyed by American women, particularly comedy.
4. Should be proficient with social media, sharing content and commenting on content often.
5. Must be interested in game production and be familiar with popular mobile games on the market.
6. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a team player, able to organize and execute their own research projects and present useful findings that result in good decision-making for the whole team.
