• Responsible for fitting, garment construction and provide technical advice all through the process from development to production.
• Communicate with Merchandising teams, Manufacturers and overseas Clients, sovling production problem.
• Provide fitting comments and technical advice. Ensure manufacturers understand and comply with Quality standard and requirement.
• Sample mock up and fitting.

• Diploma or above in related discipline.
• At least 8 years relevant experience in US garment market.
• Strong fitting, grading, sewing and size specification knowledge.
• Solid experience in "sweater"
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Able to deal with overseas clients/counterparts.
• Proficient in PLM and MS Office.
• Preferable with 3D fitting / rendering software (e.g. 3D CLO, Browzwear)
