General Manager - Novotel Sriracha & Koh Si Chang Marina Bay (Local Contract)

Be an ambassador of the brand and the property as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results . You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the midscale marketplace.

 You will be responsible for:

• Lead the property’s effective operational and strategic directions within all departments to maximize revenue.
• Ensure the service standards and procedures, and guest experience are well implemented.
• Ensure successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a General Manager in mid-scale or upscale hotel brands, preferably within Thailand. 
• Excellent leadership skills; being enabling, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
• Excellent negotiation, financial/analytical skills, food & bervage experience and priority management skills.
• Sharp business and commercial acumen. i.e. good sales & marketing  and distribution knowledge
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Having a Thai passport  is a plus.

 You will live the brand by:

• Develops accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Brand strategy
• Interacting in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience
