Job Description

  • Taking a lead to drive continuous end-to-end External Embellishment (EE) related product's quality improvements. ( 80% Heat transfer, 20% Woven)

  • Working closely with various site operations and quality teams to engage their ownership and SOP execution compliance.

  • Analyzing Woven & Heat Transfer Label product's quality performance trend and working out quality improvement plans to achieve quality metric targets. 

  • Handling Woven & HTL customer complaint cases with global functions and site operation to identify root cause and driving follow-up improvement actions and preventive plans with responsible parties

  • Join or even lead the conference call with foreigner during the proper time

  • Performing on-site global HTL & Woven's quality audits which included S. Asia, EU, USA if needed.

  • Global Scale project management, involving different countries or functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Proven project management record/skills, or global project experience will be plus.

  • A certificate of six-sigma or black belt is a plus.

  • With the sense of urgency & able to prioritize and complete the assigned task in tight schedule

  • Excellent communication skills to lead a discussion in conference meeting or workshop

  • Strong attention to detail, independent worker with strong problem solving skill

  • Knowledge of Woven or HTL QA/QC process is preferable 

  • Understanding of applicable computer systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint )

  • Willing to travel alone in worldwide (around 25%)

  • Global mindset for quality  improvement between different region

  • Candidate with less experience considered as Senior global quality Engineer

  • Be familiar with quality requirements and product techniques in the Woven area, Good problem solving / analyzing skill and Good Insightful judgment ,can manage QC jobs.
