• Working with UBS Global Financing Services, Equities IB, focusing on optimizing economic profit of the department
• Deliver best in class systematic cross product risk management to protect the Bank
• Support business growth whilst ensuring the efficient use of our balance sheet
• Engage and understand the desk’s balance sheet and risk requirements/controls
• Build a trusted cross product risk advisory function to deepen and strengthen the partnership with our external and internal clients
