For this Global Future Leaders role, you will work for strategic service
transformation w/ cost optimization and CX improvement including:
・Find out the current issues or improving opportunities, and consider
strategic transformation plan for service w/ advanced technologies
・Lead the transformation discussion, achieve the consensus for transformation,
and realize the transformation w/ serve cross-function members
・Lead of transformation project
・Improve Operation Efficiency by driving transformation
・Own the biz performance improvement
・Act as role model as the future leader

#### Position Requirements:

Global Future Leader REQUIREMENTS:
\- Bachelor or Masters Students graduating between May 2020 - May 2021 that
are completing a degree in Technology or Business Management disciplines
\- GPA: 3.3 minimum
\- Willingness to work from Raleigh/Durham-NC, Chicago-IL, Beijing-China; or
countries in European and Asia Pacific Regions.
\- Program Start Date: July 2021, can be flexible based on graduation date
\- Visionary spirit with thought leadership with a passion for technology and
innovation
\- International expertise (study abroad, internships)
