Graduate Trainee in Finance Department(财务部管理培训生）

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare meeting materials for quarterly ALCO meeting;
2. Prepare or Check daily Early Warning Indicator report and circulate to relevant person, follow up with those yellow / red indicator;
3. Co-ordinate with MO / FO/ treasury to prepare liquidity ratio forecast eg. LDR, LMR etc. (daily and weekly) for 2 months; prepare funding arrangement based on the forecast;
4. Calculate the CNY IRTP and obtain validation from regional ALM and local treasury; Calculate interest compensation between ALM and Treasury and present in ALCO
5. Prepare and investigate the gap of interest rate risk on quarterly basis
6. Prepare CAR plan yearly delivering to CBRC
7. Provide information required by risk for ICCAP purpose
8. Prepare ALM related survey
9. Assist in other ALM related function

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, with major as Finance related
• Familiar with local accounting standard.
• ACCA, CICPA, CFA is preferred
• Good knowledge of the accounting and financial IT tools.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and writing skills
• Good personality: detailed, serious, team-working spirit
• Software Skills: Good knowledge in MS office, including Excel, PPT and Word

(this position will sign one year employment contract with bank directly and renew one year)
