Job Summary
 

The Greater China Real Estate Leader is responsible for Real Estate Management of all Greater China offices . This includes Lease portfolio of offices including New leases, Lease renewals, and Managing occupancy requirements.

Reporting to the Asia Pacific AREA Real Estate Leader, the role is responsible for the output of all relevant third party resources.

Key Responsibilities (Analytical/Decision Making/Supervisory)

1.           Strategic/Trusted RE Adviser to stakeholders.

2.           Market knowledge and insight through effective use of Real Estate Brokers

3.           Focus on providing and delivering on Brand Value.

4.           Driving the process, reporting progress and getting feedback from stakeholders


This includes:

Perform the Initiate Phase  of the D&C playbook

Produce Preliminary Project Approvals 12 to 18 months in advance of critical Lease dates

Knowledge, Skills and experience requirement:
  • Minimum 10 years senior management experience in, Office Leasing within professional services or large Multi-National corporations

  • Demonstrated experience in project managing teams

  • Tertiary qualified in a related discipline with preference given to Degree and Master qualified candidates

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large and diverse projects across multiple geographies, and managing large property portfolios

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills – English speaking, reading, and writing essential

  • Experienced at Senior Management level stakeholder management

  • Capable of Executive Management stakeholder reporting

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills

  • Experience of working in a virtual team

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Ability to manage large amount of logistical information

Qualifications, Certifications and Education requirements:

Degree in Property, Real Estate, or related discipline
