THE COMPANY :
- Beauty salon chain in Asia
- We operate 3 beauty centres (spa) in Hong Kong
- Mother company : distributor of luxurious European and American skin care products in Asia; and operator of beauty salons in Asia
- We are looking for HEAD OF BEAUTY CENTRE (Hong Kong) - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Oversee & manage sales and daily operations of THREE Beauty Centers / Spa
- To achieve sales objective and supervise sales functions.
- Strong in SALES skills and experienced.
- Strong in sales management and leading sales team
- To develop overall strategies and initiatives to enhance operation management
- Manage and coach all staff to ensure excellent customer services.
- Effective measure for stock control and cost control policy
- Manage 3 X Beauty Centre Managers
- Lead total 30 beauty therapists and beauty consultants in 3 centers
- Other ad hoc projects related to sales management and operations management
- Ensure total customer satisfaction
- Diploma holder is prefer
- Beauty studies or qualifications is a plus
- Over 10 years sales & operations management experience in beauty salon or beauty industry
- Experience in luxurious skin care and beauty care products is highly prefer
- Experience in managing multi-beauty centers/spa is a plus
- Good business planning, organization and negotiation skills
- 9 hours per day
- 8 days off per month
