Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Garment manufacturing group  
  • Factories : 5 X China & 1 X Myanmar  
  • Main market : US, Europe & China  
  • Retail : own brand and own retail chain in China  
  • We are looking for HR & ADMIN MANAGER (station Myanmar) - with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Fully responsible for human resources & admin functions of the expanding Myanmar factory
  • Responsible to make strategy planning for human resources, admin and CSR development;
  • Manage the implementation of HR, admin and CSR strategy;
  • Establish communication channels and effective incentive policies;
  • Support the development of all business units and lead key projects;
  • Participate in all kinds of human resources, admin and CSR decisions;
  • 6.Management and performance reviews for key positions of all business units.
  • Tertiary education
  • Solid HR & admin experience in garment manufacturers
  • Experience in offshore factories is a plus
  • Experience in sizable garment manufacturing group is highly prefer
  • Station Myanmar factory  
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
