Job Description

Objective of job
•Responsible for performing standard process of regular HR System Access Right review
•Responsible for HR IT System (Global/Local) change requirement impact analysis & tracking execution status & involve the end to end functional testing plan.
•Responsible for HR data aggregation process including data cleaning, data architecture design to fulfil reporting demand.
•Support for HR IT related needs collection, budget plan & review;
•Supporting HRC digitalization strategy assignment execution,
•Window person to local, regional & global IT team for HR data governance and UAM/ System CR topics.


Task description
•HR System Access Right Management
-Execute approved access right application to ensure reqruiement reflection in system without deviation;
-Execute Quarterly User access right process to ensure no inconsistency of UAM setting
-Regular communication with approval matrix owner to keep knowledge up to date
•HR IT System Change management, Implementation & Testing
-Conduct entire system change requirement analysis, closely cooperate with key users to ensure Business requirement document is qualified delivering to service provider
-Taking actions to timely communicate with system service provider & local IT to ensure system implementation fully fulfilled business requirements
-Fully involve & proactively track system implementation status and timely report the status to relevant parties if necessary
•HR IT Data Management & Data Governance
-Fully in charge entire HR data aggregation process to fulfil monthly reporting timeline
-Responsible for HR DWH data management tasks including data cleaning, data architecture design & database performance monitoring & fine-tuning to ensure data quality meets requirement from time & quality perspective
-Responsible to ensure All database actions are fully followed HR data governance process and timely escalate the status if necessary
•HR IT Digitalization Initiatives
-Supporting HR IT digitization initiative as HR data expert role to provide valuable data input for deep dive business analysis
-Pay attentions & support on ad-hoc business data analysis requirement

Qualification
•Education
-University Degree (4 years) or above with solid IT related education / training (software engineering, computer science etc…)
•Experience
-3-5 years working experience in IT areas (including business application development, database management), and MUST familiar with SQL script / database store procedure language.
-Familiar with software & system change implementation life cycle
-HR related working experience is a plus.
