We're looking for an HR line manager advisor to:
• support line managers with their leadership responsibilities and challenges
• enable Line Managers in their management role
• mediation in difficult situations (Workplace Concerns, disciplinary measurements, terminations)
• work on projects and facilitate initiatives on different HR topics
• collaborate closely with HR colleagues to deliver a seamless service
• contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures
