Our client is a MNC Security Services Company which locates at Tsuen Wan Area, they are now looking for a HR Manager / Supervisor (Mass Recruitment) to join their group

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Strategic planning for short & long term recruitment campaign for corporate fundamental and front-line work force, retention and career development;
• Design, plan and coordinate all recruitment activities including Job Fairs, Career Exhibitions, Seminars, Institution Recruitment, Social / Online / Media Recruitment Campaigns, etc.
• Overseeing and manage the Local Recruitment Team
• Manage related employee issues/questions. Services include: general benefits, employee compensation, policies, training and development, performance management

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder of Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent
• Hands-on Recruitment experience focusing on Mass Recruitment Campaign including Job Fairs, Exhibitions, Online Recruitment, etc.
• Less Experience will be considered as HR Supervisor
