Job Description

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle a full spectrum of HR & Office admin duties.
  • Responsible for all-rounded HR duties including interview arrangement, staff activities, on and off-boarding procedures, recruitments and candidates orientation.
  • Maintain the database of staff record in Human Resources Information System and other internal systems.
  • Participate in other ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With experience on Administration and HR sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English and Cantonese.
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Part-time candidates will also be considered
