Our client is a highly reputable and well established Chinese firm. Their Private Equity arm is now looking for a high calibre candidate to join them as Performance Management Manager/ Senior Manager

My Client is a stable and growing Private Equity arm of a well established Chinese firm.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive the performance management system and analytic reports to enhance performance effectiveness across all departments
  • Lead and drive different key performance indicators within the organisation
  • Implement and engage in business development strategy
  • Liaises with stakeholders on performance management strategies and efficiency
  • Conduct research and performance management report to upper management team
  • Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments

Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 6 to 10 years HR experience, preferably from banks, financial institutions. Candidates with HR consultancy background will be highly preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST
