Our client is a highly reputable and well established Chinese firm. Their Private Equity arm is now looking for a high calibre candidate to join them as Performance Management Manager/ Senior Manager

Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the performance management system and analytic reports to enhance performance effectiveness across all departments
- Lead and drive different key performance indicators within the organisation
- Implement and engage in business development strategy
- Liaises with stakeholders on performance management strategies and efficiency
- Conduct research and performance management report to upper management team
- Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments
Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 6 to 10 years HR experience, preferably from banks, financial institutions. Candidates with HR consultancy background will be highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST
