Job Title: Site HR Ops Specialist

 

The person:

  • Patient, and good at handling diversified assignments with multiple stakeholders carefully in an organized way
  • Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices
  • Demonstrates strong ability to communicate clearly

 

Key responsibility:

  • Pre-boarding preparation for a smooth new hire onboarding –
  • Support New hire day-one document signing off and termination process
  • Co-ordinate for NEO sessions
  • First level of HR contact on the site to help employees with the questions related to policies or procedures
  • Support COE’s to provide any data requirement for global projects (Time Management / Employee Central etc.)
  • Work with Contact Center team to send employee communications – Policy Changes
  • Provide ex-employee background check clearance
  • Provide monthly payroll inputs – Regular and Full and Final settlements
  • Responsible for provided all the documents required for both Internal and External audits
  • Renewal of labor department documents and work with the external legal firms
  • Provide HC data and other statutory requirements, as per the request from finance team
  • Identify potential improvements in the processes and continue to work on the enhancement on efficiency of service delivery model
  • Guide/encourage employee for submitting their queries via AskHR ticket
  • Other HR support as needed
  • Local subsidy application
  • Personal IIT (individual income tax) filing, return and check
  • Local hire foreigners’ tax saving, legal documents (Visa/ work permit etc.)
  • Local social benefits/housing fund/on-job injury application
  • Commercial insurance annual renewal and payment follow up
  • Site training supports, HR visitors’ supports
  • Local special certificate request
  • Government required reports
  • Local HUKOU application
  • RSU/ESPP/STC/FTC supports

 

Preferred experience

  • Be highly responsible and proactive with at least 4 years work experience
  • Familiar with MS office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Must be customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people
  • Strong process and procedure orientation with the ability to apply continuous improvement methods
