Philips People Services – HR opportunity for English Speakers

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Learn and use HR Tools such Workday, electronic files and case management system.

You will be a support for the team of Admin & Payroll Specialists, which are providing service for employees from different countries in scope of PPS Center Europe .

Your main responsibilities

• Handling personal files

• Preparing respective employment documentation

• Answering employees queries

• Processing and updating requests in case management system

• Input of data data to HR systems

• Run reports from SAP HR/ Workday

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Student of last year of studies or graduate

• Fluent English ( both orally and in writing )

• Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS office) is essential

• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload

• Personal integrity when handling confidential information

• Interest in HR will be an asset
