Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and payroll & employer’s return etc.
- Monitor and review HR policies, processes and systems in order to comply with statutory requirements
- Analyze and recommend effective and efficient human resources processes
- Oversee and maintain staff records, personal file and leave records
- Maintain HR filing system and any other HR related administration
- Manage all administration in the office
- Participate any ad hoc projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Familiar with MPFS and EC Ordinance
