Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and payroll & employer’s return etc.
  • Monitor and review HR policies, processes and systems in order to comply with statutory requirements
  • Analyze and recommend effective and efficient human resources processes
  • Oversee and maintain staff records, personal file and leave records
  • Maintain HR filing system and any other HR related administration
  • Manage all administration in the office
  • Participate any ad hoc projects as assigned by management

 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Familiar with MPFS and EC Ordinance
