Job Description

The incumbent will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the HR function and general office administration duties.

We expect candidates to possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Tertiary educated, with HR and office administration experience preferred
  • 2-3 years in a similar capacity including the preparation of employment contracts
  • Handling of general office administration duties, record keeping and legal documentation
  • Independent, detail oriented and willing to learn and strive for continuous development
  • Ability to handle ad hoc projects with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Putonghua
